Swedish band ABBA gained worldwide popularity after the victory with Waterloo song on "Eurovision" in 1974. Then there were the immortal hits Mamma Mia, Money, Money, Money, Dancing Queen and Happy New Year. This music is still very popular around the world.
But now, 30 years have passed since the band last performed together.
The participants of the disco group teamed up again June 5, 2016 in celebration of the first anniversary of the meeting of 71-year-old Björn Ulvaeus and 69-year-old Benny Andersson: they met 50 years ago.
To mark five decades of his friendship, Bjorn and Benny arranged a private party in one of Stockholm's clubs. The other team members, 70-year-Fried Annie Lingstad and 66-year-old Agneta Feltskog were also invited to the celebration.
Women's half of the group dedicated to performance of the song Me and I the men, and they decided to join in response to Anna-Frid and Agnete on stage and sing a few songs with them.
In this way, participants ABBA first time since 1986, performed together.
ABBA band broke up in 1982, and the last time the participants were seen together at the opening party "Mamma mia!" In January. Björn and Agnetha were married from 1971 to 1980, and Benny and Frida had to live in a marriage two years before were divorced in 1980.
